What Our 1-Year Warranty Covers

Butane Lighters:

• Issues with the ignition system (not caused by damage, lack of fuel, or worn parts 
• Leaks in the fuel tank or problems with refilling.

Wick Lighters:

• Ignition failures (not caused by damage, empty fuel, worn wicks, or flints)
• Fuel leaks or reservoir issues.

Electric Lighters:

• Defects in the ignition system (not caused by damage).
• Problems with the battery or charging system under normal use.

What's Not Covered?

• Accidental Damage: Dropping, water exposure, or mishandling.
• Wear and Tear: Scratches, discoloration, worn parts, or battery aging.
• Improper Use: Incorrect refilling, fueling, or charging methods
• Unauthorized Repairs: Modifications or repairs by anyone other than Fyralux.
• External Causes: Fire, natural disasters, theft, or loss.

How to Make a Claim

1. Proof of Purchase – Keep your receipt or order confirmation email.

2. Contact Us – Email support@fyralux.com with:

• A description of the issue.

• Proof of purchase.

• Photos or videos showing the defect.

3. Shipping & Replacement – If approved, we’ll cover shipping and send a replacement.

General Terms and Conditions

Valid for the original purchaser only—cannot be transferred.

• Replacement products are covered for the remaining warranty period.

• Replacements do not reset or extend the warranty.

• Fyralux reserves the right to approve claims based on our evaluation.
